These Terms govern the provision of massage services by Sapphire Coast Muscular Therapy ("SCMT"). By booking a massage or purchasing a gift voucher from SCMT, you agree to abide by these Terms. They have been established to ensure the provision of high-quality service and as a courtesy to our therapists.

General: Our therapists are professional massage practitioners. Clients are expected to treat therapists with respect, akin to physiotherapists or medical doctors. Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.

Bookings, Payments, and Deposits: Appointments are accepted up to 4 weeks in advance online. A mandatory client intake form must be submitted before confirmation. Payment in full may be required from NEW CLIENTS at the time a booking is accepted. A mandatory client intake form is required for confirmation.

Accepted Payment Methods: Secure credit card transactions, Cash, OSKO bank transfer

Cancellations & Appointment Changes:

• 48+ hours' notice: Full refund – no charge.

• 24–48 hours' notice: Credit for future appointment.

• Less than 24 hours' notice: 100% cancellation fee. No refunds, credits or rescheduling.

Support At Home Clients: Same cancellation conditions apply. Late cancellations or non-attendance will be invoiced directly to your Support At Home provider. All Clients: Cancellations must be communicated via phone call, text message or email

Delayed Therapist: Clients will be notified of therapist delays, with massage duration unaffected. Compensation will be offered for significant delays.

Client Delays: Clients must notify SCMT promptly of delays. Efforts will be made to accommodate, but massages may end at the scheduled time.

Therapist Cancellation: Clients will be notified of therapist cancellations and offered rescheduling. Payments for canceled sessions will be credited or refunded upon request.

Client Conduct: Proper hygiene is required.- Clients must wear underwear.- SCMT reserves the right to terminate sessions for harassment, including but not limited to harassment of a sexual nature, with immediate effect and forfeiture of payment in full.- Towel draping will be used for privacy.- Clients should communicate discomfort or needs.

Health Conditions: Clients must disclose health conditions or medications. Clients with medical conditions should consult their doctor before booking.
